Cancellation Policy
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: If you notify HeART more than 48 hours from your reservation date, a full refund will be issued upon request minus a 15% holding fee. If you notify HeART 47 to 6 hours from your reservation date a 50% refund will be issued. If you notify HeART less than 6 hours of your scheduled session no refund or credit will be issued. For a reservation of 10 or more a 4-day notice of cancellation is required for refund. (Please email us: rebeccashouse08@gmail.com or call 682-862-9955, if cancelation is after hours.) No refund or credit will be given to NO SHOWS. Bad Weather: Class will be cancelled if a weather emergency is declared. Otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, HeART credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website for updates in a case of questionable weather. Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, after which the art coordinator has begun facilitating the event, the coordinator will not provide individual instructions. No refund of the registration fee. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled class time if you are the person in charge of booking the event.
